 **Terms and Conditions for Whisk Me Away Bakery**
1. **Order Placement** - Custom cake orders must be placed at least **one month in advance**. - All other orders must be placed at least **two weeks in advance**. -Orders can be made via text, email, website, or Facebook Messenger. 2. **Payment Terms** -To secure your order, a **50% non-refundable retainer** is required. The remaining balance is due five days before pickup. Acceptable forms of payment are cash app, cash, and Zelle.
3. **Cancellation Policy** - Cancellations must be made at least **one week** before the order date for a refund of any payment made after the non-refundable retainer. This only applies to custom cakes, refunds are non-fundable for all other orders.
4. **Responsibility Upon Delivery**—Once the customer receives the order, Whisk Me Away Bakery is no longer responsible for it. We are not liable for any damage or spoilage that occurs after the order has been delivered or picked up. Delivery options may be available for an additional fee depending on the location. 5. **Allergy Information**—Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order.
6. **Product Satisfaction**—While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee perfection in every custom order. Inspiration pictures are welcomed, but minor variations in design, color, and flavor may occur.
7. **Amendments** - Whisk Me Away Bakery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
